Willoughby

May 19, 2016

This house in Willoughby had serious problems with wet rot in the upstairs balcony, requiring it to be taken out and replaced. The living room downstairs also required some work, with the walls and ceiling renovated to high quality modern standards. The house has also been opened up by the installation of a fully-glazed folding doors stretching across the width of the room. Outside, and enlarged veranda was constructed to provide a greater undercover area. This involved the construction of an extended roof across the length of the rear of the house.
