The project at Stryker, a medical instruments and supply company, involved cutting penetrations for air conditioning ducts through 300-400mm deep concrete slabs in a functioning warehouse and office. The use of large road saws and concrete saws was necessary, which posed significant safety and noise challenges while operations continued uninterrupted.

To mitigate these challenges, we constructed hoardings around the work areas to enhance safety and significantly reduce noise levels. Additionally, to further minimise disruption to Stryker's daily operations, all construction work was scheduled overnight.
