CKJ Building Services were awarded the contract to carry out a full re-development of our property at Girraween.
The property adjoined the current operating facility owned by John L Pierce and was acquired for the purpose of business expansion. The scope of works required CKJ to manage the entire re-development from start to
finish, with a cost plus contract and various customer requested variations.
